Sales Procedures
We understand that buying a new home and going through the purchase process may not be quite as much fun as shopping for a new home, but it sure is exciting, and a process that we will guide you through step-by-step. We have established the following sales procedures to provide a fair and respectful way to help you secure your priority to purchase a new home at Belcourt.
STEP ONE: LET US TELL YOU MORE If you haven't done so already, please join the Belcourt interest list, and establish your unique Brookfield password. STEP TWO: ESTABLISH PRIORITY Starting Wednesday, May 2 at 12 p.m., you will need your email address and Brookfield password to complete a simple 7 question priority form. (The Priority Form will not be accessible for Belcourt registrations until this date and time.) Belcourt purchase priority will be established by the chronological order in which the completed form is received by Brookfield Homes.
To retrieve your password, please submit the following information, and your password will be emailed to you. If you have not established a password, then please complete Step One: Join the Interest List.
STEP THREE: I WILL NEED TO SECURE FINANCING We hope after you have reviewed the floorplans, features, home locations, and pricing, you feel that Belcourt is the new home for you. If so, completing the loan application with BHS Homes Loans (an affiliation with Brookfield Homes and Wells Fargo Home Loans) will provide you with the pre-approval needed to secure your new home at Belcourt. This completed application must be received prior to sign up for a phase release.
STEP FOUR: SIGN ME UP You will need to provide the following documentation listed below to the Belcourt Sales Gallery by Saturday, June 23. - W2 Forms from the past two years - Federal Tax Returns from the past two years - Bank statements (both checking and savings) from the past two months - Paycheck stubs from the past month
We will need your confirmation of interest for the phase release by signing-in at the Belcourt Sales Gallery before 5pm on Saturday, June 23. If you do not sign-in, we will assume you decided to pass to the following phase offerings, keeping your priority position. We will begin calling the priority list promptly at 10am on Sunday, June 24 for preferred home site selections.
Priority positioning will be determined based on the following criteria: - Time and date of completed online application - Non-contingent buyers will take priority over contingent buyers - Buyer’s cooperation with BHS Home Loans in providing documentation required for loan approval
Belcourt homes will be sold based on priority order with non-contingent buyers receiving priority over contingent buyers. Brookfield Homes reserves the right to pre-sell homes to employees, affiliates, or subcontractors, which will be limited per phase. Sales procedures may be modified as deemed necessary.
